Winemaker Charles B. Mitchell will be hosting a special dinner that will feature a flight of six, hand-selected vintage wines from the Charles B. Mitchell Wine Library that date back almost 20 years. Experience a piece of history as you taste the unique terroir and flavors of the Fair Play region two decades ago.
These past vintages will be paired with four unique seasonal courses that will excite your palette and enhance the flavors of the historic wines.
Vintage Dinner Menu
- First Course: Gazpacho—A flavorful Spanish soup of Andalusian origin made with tomato, cucumber, red onion, garlic and green bell pepper.
- Second Course: Seasonal Salad with blue cheese, pear, candied cashews and sweet Italian dressing.
- Third Course: New York Strip Steak served with wasabi mash potato puree and asparagus.
- Fourth Course: Cheesecake served with fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce.
